Ariadne Portas

Ariadne specializes in employment law and procedure. She holds a postgraduate degree from Faculdade Baiana de Direito and completed labor compliance training at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). She earned her law degree from the Universidade do Estado da Bahia and is currently pursuing an MBA in People Management with a focus on organizational leadership at FGV.

Selected Experience

Her work spans both advisory and litigation in employment and social security law, with particular focus on matters involving the Brazilian Labor Prosecutor’s Office. She has extensive experience in compliance, legal opinions, corporate policy drafting, union relations, including negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, and matters involving moral and sexual harassment, employee benefits, profit sharing and performance bonus programs, working hours, employment protection, and termination of employment.
