O FittipaldiGômara Advogados teve a honra de participar do Primeiro Encontro de Parceiros Jurídicos do São Paulo Futebol Clube (SPFC), que reuniu diversos advogados e escritórios com atuação no ambiente esportivo e corporativo do clube.

Nosso sócio, André Fittipaldi, foi um dos convidados a palestrar, abordando o tema de “Boas Práticas no Ambiente de Trabalho” e destacando as ações do SPFC em matéria de Direito do Trabalho que promoveram melhorias internas.

O evento contou ainda com discussões estratégicas sobre contratos comerciais, acessibilidade, combate à pirataria e direito ambiental, reforçando a importância da assessoria jurídica integrada no esporte.

Após as mesas de debate, o encontro continuou com uma visita guiada emocionante pelo Morumbis, encerrando com um happy hour.

FittipaldiGômara Advogados had the honor of participating in the First Meeting of Legal Partners of São Paulo Futebol Clube (SPFC), which brought together several lawyers and offices operating in the club’s sports and corporate environment.

Our partner, André Fittipaldi, was one of the guests to speak, addressing the theme of “Good Practices in the Workplace” and highlighting the actions of the SPFC in the field of Labor Law that promoted internal improvements.

The event also had strategic discussions on commercial contracts, accessibility, fighting piracy and environmental law, reinforcing the importance of integrated legal advice in the sport.

After the debate tables, the meeting continued with an exciting guided tour of Morumbis, ending with a happy hour.
