Artur Marques

Artur holds a master’s degree in Constitutional Law and a law degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. He also completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Law at FGV and compliance training at LEC – Legal, Ethics and Compliance.

Selected Experience

He has broad experience advising companies in the industrial, services, retail, and technology sectors. He regularly handles collective actions, public interest civil actions, and other strategic cases, with emphasis on moral and sexual harassment, employment protection, terminations for cause, and occupational health and safety.
He is particularly noted for his experience in matters involving the Brazilian Labor Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Labor and Employment, and unions, including collective dismissals and collective labor disputes brought before the labor courts. He also brings expertise in labor and social insurance matters related to the review of internal corporate regulations, contracts, and compensation policies.
